Post Workout Smoothie

Nothing quite like the peace of a trail run followed by an interval/plyo butt kickin workout! Heart beating, blood pumping, and focus raging. Health is a relationship with your body. Honor it! 
My post workout smoothie! Coconut water, blueberries, strawberries, kale <earthbound has an awesome product> no added ingredients, & hemp protein. I also added a splash of stevia.
