We want it so bad, comfort, happiness, vacation, money, success, love, etc...
What if God knows that exactly what you want is what will end up leading to your destruction? Should he still grant you your dream? Or does he love you enough to say NO! Money and success don't change people they merely amplify what is already there.
You will never influence the world by trying to be like it. God is using your present circumstances to mold and refine you for his greater purpose. Your dreams, passions, & interests, are the boat but God is the lighthouse. Don't lose sight of the light house or you will surely get lost at sea or crash against the rocks! Wake up. Stay Focused. And let's get it!
"May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double edged sword in their hands." Psalm 149:6
"Remove the dross from the silver, and a silversmith can produce a vessel." Proverbs 25:4
"Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure everything out on your own. Listen for Gods voice in everything that you do, every where you go, he is the one that will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very body will vibrate with life. Honor God with everything you own. Give him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, your wine vats will brim over. But don't, dear friend, resent Gods discipline; don't sulk under his living correction. It's the child he loves that God corrects, a fathers delight is behind all this!" Proverbs 3:5-12 MSG

DO YOU HAVE JOINT PAIN?
There are few things more frustrating than to battle through injuries and limitations from nagging muscle pulls & joint pain from prior surgeries and over use!
I have been through 2 knee surgeries (ACL & meniscus), c-sections, minor wrist & shoulder pain, as well as several minor muscle pulls.
The most important thing to understand is that you must take care of your body! Health is a relationship between you and your body.
It will be very hard to live a fit lifestyle if you are constantly injured. Listen to your body. Always stretch, learn to breathe, and recognize the value of rest!
Three of the most effective homeopathic things that I have done to resolve and repair joint pain and injuries are
EPSOM SALT BATHS (any brand)
Epsom salt heals sore muscles joints etc and is high in magnesium which seeps into your body as you soak in the bath!
Dr Singha's Mustard bath with essential oils compliments the magnesium in the epsom salts to promote the healing environment your body needs.
Arnica comes from the arnica flower in tiny balls that dissolve under your tongue or in a cream that you massage into your painful area! Three awesome PLAYS in my PLAYBOOK for healthy joints and to reduce soreness everywhere in my body!
Your health is a gift. Anyone that has been through a health challenge or injury understands this very well! Take care of yourself and be thankful for your health. LIVE FIT by valuing rest and taking the time through massage, warm epsom salt baths, icing post workout, and learning about the benefits of arnica.
Small Changes lead to big results.

Life is a work of art. God is the divine artist. Your life becomes the brush from which you paint that part of the world you touch while you are here on this planet. What work of art will you leave behind? Sometimes the limitations you are willing to accept establish the boundaries of your existence. Living wide awake is about realizing that the world needs you to live up to your potential and accept your calling and role in creating the better world you desire. The future needs you to dream GOD sized dreams...dreams that can only be accomplished by God working through you! What are you embracing and dreaming about? The answer will determine the world that you will change and impact!
"For we are Gods masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus. So we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." Ephesians 2:10
"The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places, surely I have a delightful inheritance." Psalm 16:6
"What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us who can be against us?" Romans 8:31

Nothing quite like the peace of a trail run followed by an interval/plyo butt kickin workout! Heart beating, blood pumping, and focus raging. Health is a relationship with your body. Honor it!
My post workout smoothie! Coconut water, blueberries, strawberries, kale <earthbound has an awesome product> no added ingredients, & hemp protein. I also added a splash of stevia.

May Yahweh instill in you a fierce and full heart. As well as eyes that sparkle courage and strength.
"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh" Ezekiel 36:26
"And Elisha prayed, and said, lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see..." 2 Kings 6:17
"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee withersoever thou goest" Joshua 1:9

I like to make a large batch of something to have in the fridge ready to roll throughout the week for when I'm busy. Tonight I made an Organic Kamut spiral vegetable salad.
1 box of Kamut spirals
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of a nut oil
Black seed powder
Red pepper flakes
Delicious and amazing for the body.
I snack on it through out the week as needed.
